TheMoodieReport.com: "Airport Wireless Palm has topped a �Secret Shopper� contest conducted by BAA Boston at Boston Logan International Airport.

The contest, conducted by an independent secret shopping service, checked 33 retail and food & beverage outlets.

'We use Secret Shoppers to evaluate travellers' overall Airmall experience to ensure quality visits and service,' said BAA Boston Vice President of Development Mike Caro. 'We are proud of our stores and restaurants, as many of them scored very high in this contest.'

To rate the various concessionaires, Secret Shoppers go �undercover�, posing as travellers while assessing each location in terms of cleanliness and merchandising. The Secret Shoppers also evaluate employees for their product knowledge, friendliness, customer service and professionalism.

Airport Wireless Palm is located in the Food Court in Terminal B (US Airways at Logan International Airport). Other shops that scored highly included Hudson News, Duty Free Store, Ultra Diamonds, Duty Free Americas, Borders, Anthony Pier 4 and Brookstone.

Restaurants that topped the list included Sbarro, Wok & Roll, Dine Boston Bar, Starbucks, Ben & Jerry's, Au Bon Pain, Boston Deli, Boston Cafe, Legal Sea Foods, Dine Boston Cafe, American Food Court, McDonald's and Dunkin' Donuts."
