The insurance giant has decided to axe several board-level roles, including that of RAC marketing director Alastair Pegg. A spokeswoman for its parent company, Aviva, said Pegg, who had been in the role since 2005, would be seeking other opportunities within the group. She confirmed that Pat Mitch-ison, director of marketing for Norwich Union Insurance, and Chris Reid, director of propositions for Norwich Union and the RAC, had both left the company.
