The agency will be responsible for creating below-the-line work for NU's insurance brands, which include motoring, life and home. Last month, Norwich Union hired Craik Jones Watson Mitchell Voelkel to its roster and decided to retain direct agency Kitcatt Nohr Alexander Shaw for its NU Healthcare business.
