IRELAND. Following Dublin Airport�s decision to make its main catering offer accessible from the airside departures lounge, Alpha Retail Catering has taken over the landside Thomas Reed Skyview Caf� renaming it The Aviator.

The Foodhall, Nude, Brasserie and Bar have all been transferred to airside over the departures floor passenger security area, by virtue of new screening and passenger routing. Meanwhile, Alpha�s landside Bewley�s offer has been enhanced with the addition of The Aviator, thereby ensuring its presence throughout the airport is maintained.

The changes will provide more convenient access for departing passengers to a broad range of waiter-service dining facilities as well as hot and cold buffet and deli options from the retail Shopping Street. Access to the newly-located facilities will be clearly signposted from the Shopping Street.

Jerry Robinson, Managing Director of Alpha Retail Catering, said: �The changes at Dublin are already proving popular with passengers and we expect to see this reflected in increased revenue.
