The respondents commented that the technology was easy to use, worked at an acceptable speed and compares well with other systems available from insurers; in fact NIG was ranked the best out of a poll of leading insurers. The recent introduction of PDF printing was also appreciated and many agreed that it has resolved any printing issues."
