Post Magazine - SSP restructures board: "SSP has announced a restructuring of its board, effective from 1 January 2006. It follows the recent acquisition of Sectornet.
Founder and chief executive David Rasche has been appointed executive chairman � responsible for corporate strategy, business development and expansion funding.
Current chairman Glen Folwell will become deputy chairman and senior non-executive director.
Chief operating officer Laurence Walker has been appointed managing director � with responsibility for all four operating divisions as well as Sectornet.
Steve Bow, corporate division director and David Waring, insurance systems division director will become directors of the company�s main trading subsidiary, Software Solutions Partners Ltd.
Directors Nick Bate and Nick Southan continue in their existing board roles in finance and marketing respectively. "
