Gate Gourmet�s recent labor developments at London Heathrow are an isolated issue and do not have further implications for the parent company or its operations elsewhere in the world.

While the company�s mezzanine lenders exercised an acceleration clause in their agreement, this was an unrelated event that occurred several days before the spontaneous labor actions in London.

The lenders are not taking any action to realize their security or to seek a judgment. The lenders, the company and their respective advisers continue to be engaged in an active and constructive dialogue to achieve a consensual agreement on a financial restructuring plan.
